Hello, I have received my order of 3 times 10 vanilla pods, the only complaint I have is that they are a bit dry.. otherwise the delivery went well and your gift was appreciated..

Hello Monique, Thank you for your feedback. You are right, the pods received are a bit dry but they are Bourbon Rouge vanilla from Madagascar and that is one of its distinctive signs ;-) The moisture content is lower, the vanillin content is higher (vanilla notes) and the notes of red fruits stand out well. Serious site and quality products. The aromatics smell really good. The Love herbal tea is great. The Provençal blend is really tasty. My order had been forgotten, so I was able to test the customer service, very responsive and courteous, this error was generously repaired with extra products. I really recommend.
