beautiful package, but the vanilla was much drier than for my previous order.
Translated reviews
Response from DavidVanille.com – Spice Hunter
Hello Brigitte,
We warmly thank you for your feedback and your rating. We are delighted that the package pleased you, and we take your comment regarding the vanilla into account.
You purchased Bourbon Rouge vanilla and Brown vanilla which are dry (see product description), these pods are often richer in vanillin and more intense in infusion. Try it with scallops, flambéed with rum with just butter or vanilla cream, seasoned with a hint of curry for example. Another idea, a syrup infused for a long time at low temperature (around 80°C) and cooled for 24 hours, it will be excellent. We remain reachable if needed at 0374470017, do not hesitate.
Thank you sincerely for your understanding.
Have a very nice day.
Looking forward,
David
