The store consistently delivers on product quality and reliability, with many reviews highlighting well-packaged, carefully prepared spices and vanilla that meet or exceed expectations. Customers praise fast delivery, tracking, and the care taken in packaging, including thoughtful touches like little gifts and order photos. Positive experiences emphasize competitive prices, a wide and varied selection, and reliable follow-up, making repeat orders and recommendations common. Overall, shoppers describe satisfying purchases, repeated orders, and strong confidence in the site's offerings.
Clear site, fast shipping, good communication, little gifts included in the package but this time, the package was a rigid envelope and it was open...

Very satisfied with this first order, I will reorder without hesitation. Package received within 2 days and well packaged, very satisfied on this point. I used the first pods to make vanilla ice cream, there was a nice vanilla scent upon opening the bag and the result, the ice cream was sufficiently flavored. I might take the larger size for the next order.

As for everything related to 'DAVID VANILLE': perfect, the delivery leaves something to be desired: appointment on Wednesday, delivery on Tuesday, when of course, we were not expecting it and therefore absent, package given to a neighbor without leaving a note in the mailbox, I had to go to the delivery site to see that they had left it with a neighbor... on Thursday.... But other than that, delighted with the quality of the spices! I will order again...

Order received well, on time... Good quality products!! If I took time to respond, it's because I needed a little time to discover and form an opinion on the products I ordered. So, the only small advice I would give you is to wait a few days (between 7 to 15 days) before sending this review request, so that people who ordered have time to use your products.

The vanillas seem very fragrant and of good quality, I don't quite grasp the difference between aged and non-aged ones, I imagine it is subtle but based on the descriptions on the site I expected something more pronounced, but this remains a detail I am very happy with my products

I discovered this site very recently and browsing it was very interesting because, except for the vanilla from Reunion (where I had the chance to get to know it during a stay), I was unaware of the richness of the spice world. My order was delivered quickly, well packaged. This is probably why opening the package was an opportunity for a real bouquet of both sweet and spicy scents. If I didn't give a fifth star, it's simply because I haven't tested all these spices, some of which are unknown to me.

Still just as good! Too bad there are no more 25g packs, it allowed me to vary the vanilla.

Hello Estelle, Thank you sincerely for your feedback. The 25g formats have been replaced by the 10 pod formats which are much more advantageous with a better quality-price ratio :-) I have just launched a reseller format '3 pods of Bourbon Gold vanilla from Madagascar' available in 20 x 3 pods. *** You will be able to discover the NEW FORMAT 10, 20, 30, 40 pods that meet your requirements. A custom order is now available :-) Thank you in advance for your understanding, my goal is to do my best for my clients. Have a great day, Looking forward, David Vanilla
