Allow me to provide you with some clarifications on the ingredients that concern you: The spices and aromatic plants are the heart of our business and come from carefully selected sources. The skimmed milk powder is a 100% natural ingredient that brings the characteristic creaminess of coconut milk. Modified starch is simply starch transformed by physical processes, without the addition of chemicals. Xanthan gum (E415) is a natural thickener, produced by fermenting sugar with a bacterium. Citric acid (E330) is naturally present in citrus fruits and other fruits. Our approach at David Vanille has always been to offer authentic spice blends while ensuring optimal preservation and use. The additives present in our Coconut Curry are used in minimal quantities and are all of natural origin or derived from natural products. Do not hesitate to discover our other spice blends or to contact me directly if you would like alternatives without these components. No issues with the products or the order... however, GLS needs to be stopped, this carrier is a disaster... and can we still call it a carrier.... 3 orders placed with you, 2 were delivered to the wrong pickup point which forced me to travel 15km while my pickup point is 500 meters from my home.... too bad, I hope this will evolve....

I completely understand your frustration regarding the delivery issues with GLS. We sincerely apologize for these repeated inconveniences, especially the deliveries to the wrong pickup point that forced you to travel 15 km instead of the initially planned 500 meters.
Good news: following numerous similar feedback from our customers, we have decided to test a new carrier starting early April. This change should allow for more reliable deliveries within 48 to 72 hours. Our priority is to ensure a serious delivery service that meets the quality of our products.

Hello, as I mentioned on the phone, it's a shame there is too much packaging, for 1kg of pistachios, that's a lot of bags to transfer, but according to the person I spoke to (your mom) you were going to make slightly larger containers, otherwise apart from the GLS delivery person who did not contact me to pick up my package left a bit far from my home, everything is perfect thank you

Hello Hervé, You are right, imports and harvests have been very poor in 2024. To be honest, I've never seen anything like it since I started in 2011. Many harvests will arrive by boat between February and June. We should solve many shortages. Meanwhile, the range will expand in 2025 to offer you new gems found in the plantations. 1st order received quickly despite the holiday delays. Careful shipping. Some vanilla packets did not contain the 10 pods expected. Pods of different sizes too.... I plan to order a second time to form a real opinion as the price remains affordable when taking advantage of promo codes. Do not take the downgraded pods which in my opinion are not very useful if you really bake except to bring a distant taste of vanilla.

Having placed a fairly substantial order, I could not find Sichuan pepper, lemongrass, and coriander powder.
Having requested an alert, Sichuan pepper is available again but just for that, I have to order for 20 euros to get free shipping.
From a commercial point of view, this is not very elegant... so I will buy it elsewhere.
