Being very satisfied with David Vanille products, I recently placed an order but unfortunately my package was delivered to a relay that has been closed until further notice. After my unsuccessful attempts to retrieve it, I contacted David Vanille's customer service and I spoke to a really nice person who immediately resolved my issue: the package was on its way back to the sender. As she told me, David Vanille immediately reshipped my package via the Post and I received it 3 days later. I thank this person again for her welcome and responsiveness!!
