Very well-designed site with advice, recipes.
Vanilla pods very shiny, very fatty, and quality-price ratio nothing to say. Cheaper than supermarkets and the quality is incomparable, you only find tiny dried pods there.

An exceptional customer relationship. Even before I worried about the shipping time of my vanilla pods, I received a text message apologizing for an extended delay due to high demand, then photos of the shipping slips when my package was ready to go.
