Hello, I ordered an umbrella, and from the first assembly, I noticed that the area above the closure was cracked. I had already mentioned to you that I had owned a similar umbrella before, without ever encountering this kind of problem. The sleeves ordered for my 13-foot rods did not match what I expected; indeed, my 13-foot rods did not fit in length. They were adjustable and sold for 12 and 13-foot rods. I am rather unhappy; I had to return the products at my own expense. I don't think I am the only one in this case.

Seems to be of good quality but unfortunately the size is not suitable at all. I ordered a size 36 and it's a 40, my friend wears a 40 and it fits him perfectly. For a 36 there is still a significant difference in size, it is obvious to the naked eye that it's not a 36... disappointed purchase. And no response from the seller at the moment to find a solution....
