Delivery was a disaster. The order was lost by DPD. A replacement order was sent, with delivery scheduled for Friday. I received an email saying the delivery had been cancelled. I contacted them to arrange a new delivery. This is a problem for me when trying to place a new order on your website. Kind regards, Philippe Gaillard

Hello, I appreciated the speed of delivery from my order which was complete, just a small downside with the largest package (as it was delivered in two packages due to the weight of my purchases so normal) it was a bit torn so I checked it at the pickup point, it was just the 3kg bag of Belgian coconut that was punctured so 1/4 of the bag spilled in the package that I was able to recover by transferring it into a container, so nothing serious. Best regards

Very disappointed. My order arrived with the boilies full of moisture, the box split open and a bag torn inside. All the seeds are mixed together. I have to leave for a fishing trip and don’t have time to return the product, so I have to buy more elsewhere, which I hadn’t planned on. Their solution? Sort out the mixed seeds and send back the unused bags after the holidays. A complete disaster. Discounts are great, but quality matters more.

Nothing to say about the material from this company, however the delivery service leaves much to be desired, this is the second time I request and pay for home delivery and the delivery person leaves the package at the pickup point, with the excuse of our absence at home even though we were there at the scheduled delivery times.
