Hello, I was very disappointed with the trout rod I bought from you. The equipment was very fragile and the rod broke when I did some dry ironing in a river. I don't know if I can be compensated?

I am not satisfied because the packaging did not withstand the transport and handling which resulted in the loss of the article during shipment. I have reported this to you but no satisfactory response immediately.
