Hello I am a customer of yours, I received my Cde and a float was broken, I immediately called and I had Guillaume on the phone to make a claim. I sent a message with a photo but no reply! I'm disappointed but it doesn't matter, I'll stop complaining, too bad.

My coli was crushed, a plastic bag of white breadcrumbs was punctured, I lost at least 1kg and a flat float fold was broken. Next time I'll be careful with the choice of carrier. Mondial Relay not reliable.
