Disastrous Mondial Relay delivery. Carton ripped off and glued back together with schotch. When I opened it, the amoce bag was punctured, and inside was a primer bag in a Mondial Relay bag. The 2 boxes of babycorn shattered and a part in powder. Unacceptable. I've never received a parcel so damaged and re-taped in such a way with so much damage.

However, I am very surprised by the silence of Deconing's after-sales service, concerning a question I asked them about a telescopic rod. I'm still waiting for an answer to a simple question. I even get reminders to order. I only give them 3 stars.
