The material delivered is different from the one ordered. After a conversation. I call Jean Charles, the sales manager, and he tells me that an exchange will be made. Exchange will be made. Since then I have sent him 3 emails, all of which have gone unanswered. I thought this company was more serious. Big disappointment for me.
