Always satisfied except for my last order ..... After telephone contact about how many sensas washers there are per pack (they said 3), it turns out there are only 1 per pack for the larger sizes 👎👎 so there will be additional shipping if I order the number I need ! After contacting them by phone to rule out a mistake, I think this is not possible/good ......

I ordered an element for my rod with reversed take-up of the Milo brand, in June 2022. After a dozen emails and phone calls, I finally managed after 6 months of patience to receive the ordered element. Simple order, fast delivery time Problems during the reception (GLS transport) - not respecting the already wide range planned (9:30 am to 2 pm) delivered at 4:30 pm - as I did not open fast enough the coli was thrown in my paved driveway (fortunately no breakage of the cane or rings at this moment but to see if a weakening occurred with the shock on the ground)
