Hello, I placed my order on 2/07 paying extra for delivery within 24 to 48 hours; DPD sent me a message saying that this delivery would take place on Friday. On July 4th in the afternoon, DPD informed me that it could not take place that day. I had to choose another date this week, normally I should receive your package this morning. Best regards.

A star because I have no choice. Otherwise, there would be none. Purchase of a landing net handle with 2 elements stuck since receipt, and the customer service is not up to par. And no more news from the company. I understand why Deconinck France has closed.

The material is great, but they put a large carbon landing net in a box 2.5m long and 20 cm square, into which they added 5 packs of 4kg boilies. As a result, a long and heavy box that was crushed during transport, and I received a new broken landing net at the handle and arms. All this just to avoid using two different boxes. Poor management, lack of control, employment of idiots, I don't know, but the result is there.
