The Deconinck customer service is the most efficient I know, I needed to replace a rod element and several people took care of my case which was not easy since the rod is 5 years old. They did their best to ensure I paid as little as possible. This is the second time this has happened to me and it always results in a positive outcome, professionalism and customer care are not just empty words. I am 200% satisfied. A big thank you for everything.
