Very disappointed. My order arrived with the boilies full of moisture, the box split open and a bag torn inside. All the seeds are mixed together. I have to leave for a fishing trip and don’t have time to return the product, so I have to buy more elsewhere, which I hadn’t planned on. Their solution? Sort out the mixed seeds and send back the unused bags after the holidays. A complete disaster. Discounts are great, but quality matters more.

Non-compliant products for some. 10 kg of biscuit flour received instead of 3 ordered and invoiced. No chervil while I had ordered and paid for 10 kg. See my response letter dated June 24. Photo attached. Awaiting a decision from you. A letter posted on June 23. 2 errors for 8 different products. Apart from that, satisfactory packaging. Have a nice day.

The package was not delivered where I had requested. I received 3 emails indicating three different delivery locations, including my home. Only for it to be placed in the bins. Of course, it was noted at the pharmacy not in the bins in the nearby parking lot.
