It was written that for every three packs of flour a fourth was offered. This was not the case......

I placed an order on May 24th, today is June 10th and I still haven't received anything, but I'm receiving emails asking for satisfaction even though I haven't received my package. I'm very disappointed to have taken the risk of trying this site, I don't recommend it!

You're worse than Pacific Pêche, which isn't very fast at shipping.

My coli was crushed, a plastic bag of white breadcrumbs was punctured, I lost at least 1kg and a flat float fold was broken. Next time I'll be careful with the choice of carrier. Mondial Relay not reliable.

I came across a faulty product (it happens....), the problem is that after several emails AND going through my customer account, I had no return from Deconinck... In short, very disappointed with the site and especially with customer service (totally non-existent)...

delivery received not in conformity with the order (item less expensive than the one paid for!) no reply to complaint emails, as a regular customer I have seen the quality of service drop enormously, for me it's over.
