Delivery was a disaster. The order was lost by DPD. A replacement order was sent, with delivery scheduled for Friday. I received an email saying the delivery had been cancelled. I contacted them to arrange a new delivery. This is a problem for me when trying to place a new order on your website. Kind regards, Philippe Gaillard

Very disappointed. My order arrived with the boilies full of moisture, the box split open and a bag torn inside. All the seeds are mixed together. I have to leave for a fishing trip and don’t have time to return the product, so I have to buy more elsewhere, which I hadn’t planned on. Their solution? Sort out the mixed seeds and send back the unused bags after the holidays. A complete disaster. Discounts are great, but quality matters more.

Nothing to say about the material from this company, however the delivery service leaves much to be desired, this is the second time I request and pay for home delivery and the delivery person leaves the package at the pickup point, with the excuse of our absence at home even though we were there at the scheduled delivery times.

For the Deconinck site nothing to say on the other hand the supplier of SENSAS does not give the correct dimensions of the landing net head, I kept it but had to buy another one. I thank the Deconinck service who wanted to make a return, for my part I have been a customer for years and I will remain a customer.

Carbon fishing rod, nice appearance, rigid and very light BUT: announced at 5 METERS measured upon unpacking at 4.75 m so it's a bit short, it's a shame and especially frustrating. Please check the exact lengths before selling! Best regards.

Hello !!! Package well received but upon opening the box my disappointment was to discover a torn package of flax seeds which spilled into the box, this could not have happened during transport as the box was intact without any shocks or punctures. Too bad !!!
