Hello, I ordered an umbrella, and from the first assembly, I noticed that the area above the closure was cracked. I had already mentioned to you that I had owned a similar umbrella before, without ever encountering this kind of problem. I sent you an email on Tuesday, February 17, but I have not yet received a response. This seems to me to be a manufacturing defect, and I am waiting for a reply from you.

The sleeves ordered for my 13-foot rods did not match what I expected; indeed, my 13-foot rods did not fit in length. They were adjustable and sold for 12 and 13-foot rods. I am rather unhappy; I had to return the products at my own expense. I don't think I am the only one in this case.
