It's a pity that the Deconinck GOUSSAINVILLE ( France ) has closed as I used to live next door.

I came across a faulty product (it happens....), the problem is that after several emails AND going through my customer account, I had no return from Deconinck... In short, very disappointed with the site and especially with customer service (totally non-existent)...

Very long lead times, over 10 days, even though several of the items ordered were "express" ...

Very disappointed by the Sensas bait boxes, I found half my pinkies at the bottom of my bag. The "kit" tubes are not practical for me. The other items are oK.

delivery received not in conformity with the order (item less expensive than the one paid for!) no reply to complaint emails, as a regular customer I have seen the quality of service drop enormously, for me it's over.

I found this hook rig impractical, and I was also supposed to have a gift of a display unit to store the leaders... which was not done.
