The store consistently delivers fast service and quick delivery times, with many notes of receiving items within or ahead of expectations and packages arriving well protected. Customers highlight reliable conformity to orders, with items matching what was ordered and materials meeting or exceeding expectations, including solid packaging and up-to-date stock. The experience is characterized by professional, helpful service and a pleasant shopping process, with praise for responsiveness, clear communication when substitutions were offered, and overall satisfaction with prices and promotions. Overall, the combination of prompt delivery, accurate orders, and courteous, efficient staff stands out as the store’s main strengths.
Very good service, however it seems to me that this is the first time they are using Mondial Relay for delivery and as usual with this company I encounter problems upon receiving the package (a torn bag of flour, fortunately, I was able to recover everything from the bottom of the box and transfer it to another bag). For this, I will only give four stars. Otherwise, for the store, it's six stars!

Article conforms to the description, fast shipping, only downside is the shipping cost a bit excessive for my taste.

I am satisfied with the prices, but unfortunately, I was missing a package of one kg of fennel from my order, I was supposed to be called back due to the store's high traffic

On your side, I have no complaints, quite the opposite. As for your carrier, it's a real disaster. For the first delivery, my package was not in the truck, and in the end, I had to go pick it up at a locker even though I paid for home delivery. Best regards, Mr. Mahieu

Hello, I am satisfied with the service, just a small downside, a bag of red tap flour was open and spilled in the package. In the future, more attention should be paid.

For the Deconinck site nothing to say on the other hand the supplier of SENSAS does not give the correct dimensions of the landing net head, I kept it but had to buy another one. I thank the Deconinck service who wanted to make a return, for my part I have been a customer for years and I will remain a customer.

It was an order to test the quality of the flours to make my boilies considering the delivery price, which is not very expensive compared to my usual purchasing site, but the quality of what I received is clearly not at the level of my usual site. I will know for next time...
