The experience is characterized by professional, helpful service and a pleasant shopping process, with praise for responsiveness, clear communication when substitutions were offered, and overall satisfaction with prices and promotions. Overall, the combination of prompt delivery, accurate orders, and courteous, efficient staff stands out as the store’s main strengths.
I ordered on October 2nd and received on the 15th... I'm very pleased with the service and the quality of the product. I've just received my order and I'm very pleased with the results... 32gr instead of 21 and a brown instead of a pink... I think that if they were out of stock they could have asked my opinion before sending me something else... Good day to you

Very good mail order service and when there is an item missing, they call me for my opinion, or a refund or another item in replacement. Very satisfied.

Good choice . Nice site and fast delivery. The complaint via the messaging system of the site is not effective. My request concerning a missing part on an item in my order remained unanswered.

I received the equipment very quickly but with a dent in it. I sent an email with a picture the same day I received it but no answer or return. A little disappointed but I don't regret my purchase

The material received is what I expected but a defect of packing on the tip that I received that this one was broken on the end to be taken and I had to cut it to use it because I had a fishing party with friends so no return possible.
