A star because I have no choice. Otherwise, there would be none. Purchase of a landing net handle with 2 elements stuck since receipt, and the customer service is not up to par. And no more news from the company. I understand why Deconinck France has closed.

The material is great, but they put a large carbon landing net in a box 2.5m long and 20 cm square, into which they added 5 packs of 4kg boilies. As a result, a long and heavy box that was crushed during transport, and I received a new broken landing net at the handle and arms. All this just to avoid using two different boxes. Poor management, lack of control, employment of idiots, I don't know, but the result is there.

Disappointed with my order, there was no 6 mm corn peeler available, why wasn't I offered the 4 or 8 since those were in stock, and in exchange, I requested 6 mm Hallibut and was provided with 4. This is the first time I've had an issue.

Happy with the purchase yes! But the delivery service is way too long... Package departing from Belgium to go to the sorting center in France to then go back to the relay point in Belgium... Hello, I would like to point out that this may not be related to the store, but there is a packaging problem, two of my flour bags are punctured and flour is everywhere in the box. The method of using wire to close the bags is not suitable as it punctures or tears the packaging
