Articles in conformity with the order, packing and nickel time. However, the location of the parcel relay was not respected,

Preparation and dispatch on time. Parcel arrived at the depot 2km from my home. It took GLS 9 days to deliver. As this is not the 1st time I've had delivery problems, would it be possible to have the choice of another carrier for home delivery? Like dpd or dhl for example Thank you.
