Overall, the combination of prompt delivery, accurate orders, and courteous, efficient staff stands out as the store’s main strengths.
The boots are poorly made glue does not hold the rubber and it size too small, I asked to take charge of the return at their expense, I'm waiting for the answer where on the beginning they made us understand that it is at our expense while it is poor quality.

Before buying a new rod online, I asked Deconinck about my requirements. The response and advice were prompt and the purchase followed (Sensas 204 Parallel in 10 m). It's a pity that the tracking of the parcel on the DPD delivery site is so laborious and that they didn't take my delivery instructions into account. I also note that Deconinck's prices are really competitive. So, a repeat experience.

As the box was too big, the primers were at the bottom. So on delivery, the box was ripped open. Luckily, nothing was missing.
