I received the parcel on time, nothing to complain about. On the other hand, the 10kg bag of "roasted hemp seeds" was split open over 10cm, and about 1kg of product spilled into the box. fortunately, the box was well packed, which enabled me to recover the product. in fact, I only lost about 150gr of product, which is no big deal. i would recommend this supplier.

My coli was crushed, a plastic bag of white breadcrumbs was punctured, I lost at least 1kg and a flat float fold was broken. Next time I'll be careful with the choice of carrier. Mondial Relay not reliable.
