Simple order, fast delivery time Problems during the reception (GLS transport) - not respecting the already wide range planned (9:30 am to 2 pm) delivered at 4:30 pm - as I did not open fast enough the coli was thrown in my paved driveway (fortunately no breakage of the cane or rings at this moment but to see if a weakening occurred with the shock on the ground)

More than 90% of my orders are placed at Deconinck without any worries except this last delivery where I was missing a bag of hooks and following a telephone contact, I was asked to send an email which has remained unanswered to this day. I must admit that if it is not this small "incident", Deconinck is for me an excellent site of fishing with prices and deadlines defying all competition

the site is terribly selling and I thought I would become a fervent customer for my needs in baits and lures. and for good reason I had finally found some chenevis in grain!...called "monster" so ideal for fishing! At the reception, deception and the kilo was joined the 5kgs of seeds that I had miraculously found to bait too bad!

No problem on the standard 80 feeder support and the filfishing feeder rod support, only problem in my order, the sp2 balance dk tackle support was delivered in a deplorable state I had to straighten the metal parts maintaining the position as well as the tightening of this part myself and the package was in excellent condition. Otherwise nothing to say about the seriousness of this house but requires perhaps a greater monitoring of the shipping department.
