Hello, I wanted to buy a rod for carpodrome and I bought this Pack Power Match Parallel 204 11m50 Sensas with an optional strippa assembly at 30 euros. the next day, I received an email asking me to call a technician, what I did. And there, surprise, he tells me that it is a blank rod and that we do not know how to make a strippa mounting while this pack is well and truly listed on your site in the "carpodrome rod pack" with the option of a Strippa mounting.I was offered a white elastic assembly (which is worth 20 euros on the site) without even a proposal for a refund; I find this a bit "limited" because the 2 errors (rod placed in the wrong section on your site and no proposal for a refund of 10 euros) come from you. That said, everyone can make mistakes and that's not why I will no longer order from you.

I have received my package, the products I have not yet tried but it will not take long and if all goes well I will order again and thank you for the speed

package well received it corresponds well to what I wish thank you

10/10

Good services I recommend in more a customer service to the top

Très bien

Very relative on orders

Disappointed with the boilies 3/4 are not round and very soft. I called the salesman only knew how to say yes yes yes yes no argument from him to offer me another product. I do not recommend DECONINCK sorry.

serious house

Received order quickly very good

Delivery impeccable just the waiting time a little long. Ordered on Thursday and received the following Monday.

Package received on time but I find that the Tiger nuts are a bit small

nicely handled, fine.

Order arrived quickly and good product

GOOD MORNING AND GOOD LUCK WITH THE DELIVERY OF THE PACKAGE

I recommend fast delivery (faster than the store closer to my home) and in accordance with what is proposed on the site

Cardboard packaging better adapted to the order.

Hello I did not receive the free ones too bad for the 1st order it spoils everything!

Everything is fine

Delivery time too long ordered the 02 received the 10 with gls

Despite, regular errors in my orders, it remains a good store, with very good prices

Hello, I have received my order, a small downside the packaging is a little light, the latter was severely abused (corner crushed, adhesive torn), the opening a bag of flour burst, . I think that a report of this incident to the carrier would be beneficial to your image. Best regards M.LECOQ ;P

delivery in relay point, satisfied with the process, material well packed and protected; order perfectly respected Thank you

Product conforms and preparation and delivery is fast. Too bad that the package was put on the mailboxes without warning while I was there (risk of theft).

Traces of rubbing and a chip of the varnish

order well received well protected at the top thank you

I ordered one kilo of liver post, I paid for this one kilo. But the real weight received was 960 grams. Disappointing especially since in my recipe I needed precisely 1kilo

Good product and fast delivery

Excellent service

I stayed at home thinking that I had to receive the package in person. As it was small, the delivery man put it in the mailbox without my knowledge.

Package received quickly. Detectors seem solid. WARNING, the detectors are very small.

Hello I am satisfied with my order, except for a bag of bait with a hole in it but without much consequence.I will recommend

Not disappointed! Satisfied with the delivery time and the quality of the products since I am a DECONINCK customer. 4 out of 5 stars, it's ALMOST perfect.
