The order took a little longer to be delivered than expected, but given the current circumstances...

Order prepared quickly, good communication...From my point of view, better to order online and get the discounts -10% and -5% automatically than on the spot, no discount even when specifying that there is 10% online without asking anything😕...I don't quite understand the interest!!!

The website is well organized, the delivery service is top notch as well as the administrative part (management of the order is followed). I am satisfied in general on the material. I'm very pleased with the quality of the products, but the description of each item is poor and we have to rely on the photo of the item. Unfortunately, the photo does not always accurately reflect the article. Cdt

I ordered the items on Friday and received the package the following Wednesday. There was a discrepancy between the information received by Deconinck Fishing who wrote in an email to have delivered the package to the carrier and the tracking of the carrier who said he had not yet received the package from the sender!

Hello, I received the order but it had arrived since the 5th at the parcel post and I never received the information to go and get it. I learned that it was there when I sent you the email and you replied very quickly and I thank you for that the order almost left.
