I'm very pleased with the quality of the product and the price. On the other hand on my last contacts, I sent you two messages and I have to date no answer. Here are the two messages: - I received my order very quickly in a perfectly packed parcel but when I opened the parcel, the sleeve containing my shimano tx2 12ft 3.25lbs carp rod was cut in two places which seems to be cuts of cutter certainly made in your premises at the time of the reception The second message asked you to please specify me the delay for a shimano aerlex 1000xtb reel Cordially to all the staff (at the top)
