Non-compliant products for some. 10 kg of biscuit flour received instead of 3 ordered and invoiced. No chervil while I had ordered and paid for 10 kg. See my response letter dated June 24. Photo attached. Awaiting a decision from you. A letter posted on June 23. 2 errors for 8 different products. Apart from that, satisfactory packaging. Have a nice day.

The package was not delivered where I had requested. I received 3 emails indicating three different delivery locations, including my home. Only for it to be placed in the bins. Of course, it was noted at the pharmacy not in the bins in the nearby parking lot. If the mistake is mine, it is because your ordering site is poorly configured as this is the second time there has been a delivery error.

For the Deconinck site nothing to say on the other hand the supplier of SENSAS does not give the correct dimensions of the landing net head, I kept it but had to buy another one. I thank the Deconinck service who wanted to make a return, for my part I have been a customer for years and I will remain a customer.

Carbon fishing rod, nice appearance, rigid and very light BUT: announced at 5 METERS measured upon unpacking at 4.75 m so it's a bit short, it's a shame and especially frustrating. Please check the exact lengths before selling! Best regards.

Hello !!! Package well received but upon opening the box my disappointment was to discover a torn package of flax seeds which spilled into the box, this could not have happened during transport as the box was intact without any shocks or punctures. Too bad !!!
