The order was super easy to place, however, the delivery is catastrophic! The delivery company did not deliver to the home as agreed. As a result, out of the 3 packages I was supposed to receive in 48 hours, I only received one. The store is great, even perfect, but they should consider changing the delivery method! 5* for Deconinck. 0* for DPD.

Happy with the purchase yes! But the delivery service is way too long... Package departing from Belgium to go to the sorting center in France to then go back to the relay point in Belgium... I am very satisfied with the delivery time, the packaging, the care taken by you... However, I am very frankly disappointed with the size of the 'monster' hempseed which is far from being monstrous. It's a bit large and difficult to bait hempseed. If one day, however, you come across real 'monster' hempseed, please let me know, I would buy it, even if it's expensive. I give 3 stars, but well... not for the hempseed...
