First order for 114 euros, fast delivery, and conform to the order, but very disappointed because a 2 KGS bucket of pellets was COMPLETELY BLASTED! Bubble wrap should be used to protect fragile items! No visible impact on the outside of the box! I'm waiting for a reply to the complaint I made on November 18th, the day I received the parcel at Deconinck.

It's not as clear-cut as yes or no, are you satisfied with this purchase. Yes for the price and speed of delivery. No for the poor packaging: the box was too big and the reels were no longer in their packaging. No for the delivery person: didn't come to my home and the parcel was dropped off at their branch 17 km from my home. I was only given one parcel at first and finally the second, but I had to ask for it back, with unpleasant Chronopost agents. That's how it happened to me.

The speed of preparation and shipment ok but the packaging no for a rigid scabbard from matrix sent in a fold in two so the result the scabbard crunch and I can not straighten it so I'm not happy.

Hello. Sorry but the product does not correspond to the description, either this support adapts on all the stations with feet 16, 20, 25 and 30 mm round, and well no the round feet of 16mm do not adapt because there is no adapter for this size. Yours faithfully

Team deconinck very good, on the other hand deliveryman surely threw the parcels result a bag of pellet pierced as well as a seal of pellet broken many this found themselves at the bottom of the box having seals that is not serious, but annoying.

Not disappointed by the products ordered but disappointed because I was not warned of the arrival of the parcel at the relay point. After phoning you, the person I spoke to told me that this was normal as I had chosen the cheapest delivery option, so there was a longer delay. For the record, I didn't choose any carrier because the price of my order meant free delivery. What's more, there's no tracking number, which is a real shame! However, I will certainly recommend other items but next time it would be nice to have a faster delivery. 5 days with only 1h30 drive separating us is a lot.
