Customer reviews of Deconinck Fishing

Hello, having received an email last Friday that my package had arrived at the Relay point. To my surprise, reading about my arrival at this relay point. My package had not arrived. Do you have any news? Thank you. Drouillon Gregory

Interesting basic mix, delivery time a bit long.

On your side, I have no complaints, quite the opposite. As for your carrier, it's a real disaster. For the first delivery, my package was not in the truck, and in the end, I had to go pick it up at a locker even though I paid for home delivery. Best regards, Mr. Mahieu

Hello, I am satisfied with the service, just a small downside, a bag of red tap flour was open and spilled in the package. In the future, more attention should be paid.

The package was not delivered where I had requested. I received 3 emails indicating three different delivery locations, including my home. Only for it to be placed in the bins. Of course, it was noted at the pharmacy not in the bins in the nearby parking lot. If the mistake is mine, it is because your ordering site is poorly configured as this is the second time there has been a delivery error.

always everything is fine

Well received my package. Thank you

In accordance with my order and quite fast

perfect

Some products remain expensive, you have to wait for promotions to get reasonable prices.

Hello, the package weighed 24Kgs and it was dropped in the highest locker!! 2 improvements: either make 2 packages of 12kgs each or the delivery person drops the package at the center. Too bad because I congratulate you on the speed of the order and especially the quality of your products.

As always, good start, fast delivery but too expensive

Product meets expectations.

The Deconinck experience is always good, but this time I got carried away with an offer for a Preston brand kit sleeve and I'm disappointed with my purchase. During the product presentation, the photo showed a sleeve filled with mounted stripa kits with elastics, and that's really what I was looking for, but I didn't notice that the sleeve was only 140 cm long, so no Preston brand stripa kits fit inside, the smallest being 160 cm (the MCX2). So it's misleading to show a photo with these kits probably in another sleeve in the advertisement for the one I was sold. It's a shame because I will have to part with it. On the other hand, it will be very good for storing rod holders because I think this sleeve was intended for that. I would gladly accept an exchange even with compensation. Thank you.

Always great and very fast, I highly recommend

Perfect I recommend

I ordered a spinning rod and received a casting rod....not expected. Not great

everything was perfect from the order to the reception

Package meets my expectations.

In accordance with the order and received quickly

Still nothing received after a week, Mondial Relay is messing everything up and sent my package 800 km away from the pickup point, a complete mess.
