The store consistently delivers fast service and quick delivery times, with many notes of receiving items within or ahead of expectations and packages arriving well protected. Customers highlight reliable conformity to orders, with items matching what was ordered and materials meeting or exceeding expectations, including solid packaging and up-to-date stock. Overall, the combination of prompt delivery, accurate orders, and courteous, efficient staff stands out as the store’s main strengths.
I ordered two bags from the JRC Defender series as shown in the picture. Now I have received two bags from the Defender Two series that were not in the picture and therefore do not match the rest of my set.

Good for the items, less good for the delivery time which I found a bit long, unusual

Fast, well presented. Unfortunately, the package arrived ripped open and with a torn bag: the contents spilled in the box, losing part of it.

I highly recommend your store. Just be careful with the packaging because once again a package was torn, letting its contents spill out. Otherwise, nothing to complain about. Fast and quality service. Otherwise, great service and very fast.

Seems to be of good quality but unfortunately the size is not suitable at all. I ordered a size 36 and it's a 40, my friend wears a 40 and it fits him perfectly. For a 36 there is still a significant difference in size, it is obvious to the naked eye that it's not a 36... disappointed purchase. And no response from the seller at the moment to find a solution....

Despite the damaged package (probably due to transport), I lost 100g of fine wheat semolina, it's okay, it's not the end of the world but... Otherwise, everything is great.

Overall yes, although a product was broken but packaged. I didn't see it before unpacking and lost the powder. Deconinck sent me a code for a free product with my next order. So, another order needs to be placed, it's marketing.
