The store consistently delivers fast service and quick delivery times, with many notes of receiving items within or ahead of expectations and packages arriving well protected. Customers highlight reliable conformity to orders, with items matching what was ordered and materials meeting or exceeding expectations, including solid packaging and up-to-date stock. The experience is characterized by professional, helpful service and a pleasant shopping process, with praise for responsiveness, clear communication when substitutions were offered, and overall satisfaction with prices and promotions. Overall, the combination of prompt delivery, accurate orders, and courteous, efficient staff stands out as the store’s main strengths.
It is not logical that the material is marked available on the site when it is no longer available. This situation was very well taken care of by the salesman but it shows a bit of negligence

Good store, proactive and helpful staff, efficient work. Only drawback: the offer is rather limited. You can make very good deals nevertheless with very nice promos (50 % on the rod which I use for the zander).

An article does not correspond to what I had ordered. Then, what frays me enormously is the gigantic lack of choice for the articles of fishing to the carnivorous and the trout. I hope much more seriousness of the staff to prepare the packages.

Fast and well packaged delivery. Products conform. I have to say that I am very pleased with the service and the quality of the products. I would have put 5 stars but... I have never seen this on another online store but when putting items in the cart, the quantity choices are not on 1 or 0 by default but on 2 or 3. Result, where I wanted to buy only one product, I find myself with 2 floats, 3 elastics, 2 tulips, 2 bags of protection etc. ... You tell me. I should have checked when I made my purchase, it's my fault but well... I retested, it still does it to me. I'm not sure if it's a bug in my smartphone? If it is the will of deconinck in their design of the website. It's clever, cunning and a little bit dishonest. Anyway... Since the time I buy from you, I do not blame you. Sincerely

Thank you for your order, we have checked the items you ordered by 2 or 3, they are obviously orderable by unit. We advise you to change mobile or to order on a pc. A big thank you for your loyalty ;)
