Very professional, really happy with the commercial services. I made an order during the big sale, I made a mistake in the reference on the purchase of a cane. I had no problem with the sales department, we exchanged by email and phone. I was ready to pay the difference (the reference I wanted was 4 € more expensive) they offered me the difference. Very nice commercial gesture, it makes me happy. The prices on the site are not less attractive than elsewhere. Good continuation to them, they deserve it.
