The order was super easy to place, however, the delivery is catastrophic! The delivery company did not deliver to the home as agreed. As a result, out of the 3 packages I was supposed to receive in 48 hours, I only received one. The store is great, even perfect, but they should consider changing the delivery method! 5* for Deconinck. 0* for DPD.

Disappointed with my order, there was no 6 mm corn peeler available, why wasn't I offered the 4 or 8 since those were in stock, and in exchange, I requested 6 mm Hallibut and was provided with 4. This is the first time I've had an issue.

Happy with the purchase yes! But the delivery service is way too long... Package departing from Belgium to go to the sorting center in France to then go back to the relay point in Belgium... The purchase itself, the delivery, everything is perfect but regarding the product, it's not it at all. I have been a user of the said product for many years, the one you sent me hardly smells, and at the same time smells like rancid product stored too long. I kindly invite you to better control these products to avoid unpleasant surprises like mine, the Mainline blackcurrant is a real bomb and the smell it gives off makes you want to bite into the boilie, yours has nothing of that, I am really disappointed!!!
