The store consistently delivers fast service and quick delivery times, with many notes of receiving items within or ahead of expectations and packages arriving well protected. Customers highlight reliable conformity to orders, with items matching what was ordered and materials meeting or exceeding expectations, including solid packaging and up-to-date stock. The experience is characterized by professional, helpful service and a pleasant shopping process, with praise for responsiveness, clear communication when substitutions were offered, and overall satisfaction with prices and promotions. Overall, the combination of prompt delivery, accurate orders, and courteous, efficient staff stands out as the store’s main strengths.
I am satisfied with this fishing tackle supplier, with its wide choice and fair prices. However, I am very surprised by the silence of Deconing's after-sales service, concerning a question I asked them about a telescopic rod. I'm still waiting for an answer to a simple question. I even get reminders to order. I only give them 3 stars.

First order for 114 euros, fast delivery, and conform to the order, but very disappointed because a 2 KGS bucket of pellets was COMPLETELY BLASTED! Bubble wrap should be used to protect fragile items! No visible impact on the outside of the box! I'm waiting for a reply to the complaint I made on November 18th, the day I received the parcel at Deconinck.

Packaging was torn in the box. Probably too thin bag. So that the flour ran out through the sides of the box.

It's not as clear-cut as yes or no, are you satisfied with this purchase. Yes for the price and speed of delivery. No for the poor packaging: the box was too big and the reels were no longer in their packaging. No for the delivery person: didn't come to my home and the parcel was dropped off at their branch 17 km from my home. I was only given one parcel at first and finally the second, but I had to ask for it back, with unpleasant Chronopost agents. That's how it happened to me.

The speed of preparation and shipment ok but the packaging no for a rigid scabbard from matrix sent in a fold in two so the result the scabbard crunch and I can not straighten it so I'm not happy.

Nothing to say about deconinck. Choice of products, fast delivery ... On the other hand, I had chosen a relay point near my home, in this case Valieutic, but it refused to accept all the mondial relay parcels. So I had to run to another store to pick up my order. Thank you

I have received part of the order and am waiting for the rest, i.e. the landing net and the 4th section of my landing net handle. The parcel with the landing net handle contained 3 sections (i.e. 3.60 instead of 4.section i.e. 4m20...) I await your explanations. ... cordially. Michel B

I don't understand why the place to put the rubber band has been glued, because it's a pain to put and recover the steel wire, especially when it's a telescopic kit, as they're not usually glued.
