Just a small remark, it's the delivery time nothing very serious but I think I can do better. Otherwise, quality and delivery are correct!

Hello, I placed my order on 2/07 paying extra for delivery within 24 to 48 hours; DPD sent me a message saying that this delivery would take place on Friday. On July 4th in the afternoon, DPD informed me that it could not take place that day. I had to choose another date this week, normally I should receive your package this morning. Best regards.

I give 4 stars because I ordered 3 pop-up mixes, I should have received a fourth one because of the 3+1 promotion, otherwise everything else is impeccable, delivery went well

Yes but!!! Impossible to screw into the nuts that were crooked in the 13.73 mm compartment for a nut diameter of 14.2 mm. I removed the nuts and replaced them with others. Otherwise, the pontoon is correct and the price is interesting.

Product and service info impeccable once again. A seller to recommend. Just one issue with the DPD delivery service, but that's independent of the seller.

Hello everyone, I am satisfied with my first order, except for a small downside, when opening the package, I had ordered a batch of pellets and one of the bags was torn at the bottom, which caused everything to end up in the box. It's just a detail, but it's annoying. Other than that, top-notch.

I had a big scare when I saw that the zippers wouldn't close, after several attempts they resumed their functions, I hope this will last and that it wasn't a defect.
