After several calls and emails, I decided to buy a SENSAS swivel chair. Following the information concerning the delivery and the wish to receive the seat for a birthday present, I can say that the maximum was done so that I received my parcel within 48 hours, which corresponded in every way to my order. Thanks again to Florian for his advice and to the whole DECONINCK team.
