I ordered a spinning rod and received a casting rod....not expected. Not great

Still nothing received after a week, Mondial Relay is messing everything up and sent my package 800 km away from the pickup point, a complete mess.

The order is correct, but the packages were in very bad condition when I picked them up. It's a zero point for the delivery person.

I ordered two bags from the JRC Defender series as shown in the picture. Now I have received two bags from the Defender Two series that were not in the picture and therefore do not match the rest of my set.

Great service from Deconinck, but dissatisfied with DPD messaging who do not deserve to work with a company like yours, concerned about customer satisfaction.

Seems to be of good quality but unfortunately the size is not suitable at all. I ordered a size 36 and it's a 40, my friend wears a 40 and it fits him perfectly. For a 36 there is still a significant difference in size, it is obvious to the naked eye that it's not a 36... disappointed purchase. And no response from the seller at the moment to find a solution....

Three out of 4 of the bags of pellets ordered were burst open in the box.

I placed my order on 08/08, today is 08/16 and it still hasn't been delivered. It won't be delivered on Sunday 08/17 either. So at best on 08/18, while you announced a delivery between 3 and 7 days.

I had ordered 30 cm fishing line online and received 28 cm, and since it was urgent, I had to go out to change it, I still paid my shipping costs

I placed an order on Monday, July 22, and I still haven't received it. Then this morning I received a message from DPD that it would be delivered between 8:52 AM and 9:53 AM, and now it is 8:00 PM and I still haven't received it.

The order was super easy to place, however, the delivery is catastrophic! The delivery company did not deliver to the home as agreed. As a result, out of the 3 packages I was supposed to receive in 48 hours, I only received one. The store is great, even perfect, but they should consider changing the delivery method! 5* for Deconinck. 0* for DPD.

Delivery speed. A bit disappointed with the size of the so-called monster hemp seed, rather a starter hemp seed.
