Colissimo sent the parcel to the other delivery company, which meant delivery was 2 days late, nothing serious in the end.

Very satisfied with my order, very fast delivery. The site is very accessible and easy to use. The product seems to be of good quality, and its presentation in a gift box that can later be used as a piggy bank is very nice.

Chargeable returns, no possibility of returning the product to a point of sale. I strongly advise against this.
