The delivery was quick and uncomplicated, BUT since all products were too large, a return process is necessary. Unfortunately, the seller "Germany Incontinence" does not respond at all despite multiple attempts to contact. I have now involved PayPal's dispute resolution. OVERALL - VERY SAD !!!
