The parcel was left next to the front door, even though I had left a request with the delivery provider asking for help to carry it into the home. I would have been happy to pay extra for this service, but unfortunately, this was not an option. I was also wondering why next-day delivery was not available for this order, as this is quite common now. I had to wait almost a week for the delivery.
