The site is clear and good

I have been waiting for my order for 3 weeks, still have not received it.

Order was not delivered. Seller does not respond to emails.

The delivery was fine. However, the packaging left much to be desired! Two items in the package but 4 times as much plastic waste.

Unfortunately, one is never informed about the date and progress of the delivery (which takes a very long time).

The delivered 'Rectangular Insert mini' do not have an adhesive strip for securing the insert. The inserts I have previously bought locally from the same brand with the same designation always had an adhesive strip. My complaint was rejected, stating that this is standard for the product. The item description lacks the note that it is not the goods available in Germany.

Based on my experiences, it is better not to order here and to orient oneself in the field of competitors. The excuses experienced and the cheap attempts at apology gave me the impression that the dealer lacks the necessary awareness that they sell incontinence aids. I had the impression that the dealer was completely indifferent to what they were dealing with. People who order these goods are necessarily dependent on participating in daily life, which seems to be of no concern to the dealer. 17.04.23 Ordered incontinence aids, no delivery until 20.04. Upon inquiry on 20.04, the tracking ID showed no progress in processing since 18.04, and the dealer directly blamed DHL. Instead of researching why the shipment was not processed, I made a clear indication of irregularities in the tracking, but was only placated. On 21.04 still no goods, again blame on DHL. On 22.04 finally an email with the exact Bpost tracking and the address data provided by the dealer, it became clear that the dealer had made very gross mistakes. Important data of the address were missing, existing other data were swapped! A delivery by DHL was not possible. Correcting the delivery data by myself was not possible according to the telephone information from DHL on 22.04.23, this could/must only be done by the sender. On 22.04 renewed written complaint about the delivery delay, again only excuses, phrases of apology, blame on DHL, the made mistake was not addressed, no insight, although it was clear that gross mistakes were made with the customer address. It was assured in writing that the correct data had now been transmitted to DHL. On Monday 24.04.23 DHL made the next attempt to deliver, a renewed delivery was still not possible, apparently another mistake was made by the dealer in trying to correct the error. 24.04.23 DHL now refuses delivery, reason: shipment does not comply with the terms and conditions. The shipment was sent back to the sender by DHL. 25.04 Cancellation of the order by me, delivery delay, undeliverable. Friday 31.04.23 Goods according to tracking arrived back at the recipient, but with the refund, Germany-incontinence is already in delay! Never again!

The clarification of the delivery took a long time. A faster processing would have been nice

Very poor customer service, multiple calls!? No one answers the phone, no response to written emails. In a word, not recommended, prefer direct orders from Germany.

Payment and delivery were problem-free. The bedwetting pants for adults are quite expensive and do not deliver what they promise. Despite care according to instructions, the bedwetting pants for adults were unusable after a very short time.

Could sometimes be easier. A lot of back and forth jumping is necessary. For example, when you place the order, the same pages come up twice... why?

When you write to me, it's very nice, but please in German, I unfortunately have no knowledge of English. 'Thank you'

Online order on 9.6.22, paid on the same day with PayPal. After 3 weeks nothing happened. PayPal stated that the money had not yet been retrieved. The phone call ended in nothing. The email stated that they would check the process. We then transferred again. After another 6 days, we finally received information about the shipment. The package finally arrived on 16.7.22, 5 weeks after the order!!!! In the meantime, we had to buy locally for our mother because her supplies were exhausted. There will probably be no more orders with this provider.

The goods are top quality and the price is great, nothing to complain about! But: The 2-3 days delivery time advertised is a joke. 2-3 weeks is more accurate. Additionally, there was no information about delays at all. After 2 weeks, the status finally changed to 'shipped', but it took another 3 days to send the data to DHL... It's not a problem in itself if you know and are informed beforehand, but unfortunately, I have to deduct some stars for that. This is a product that may be needed quickly, which is why I ordered here due to the promise of fast shipping.

Delivery took a very long time. Additionally, the website is very slow; perhaps you should invest in better servers.

Prices super cheap. Absolutely recommended.. friendly contact via email. But from payment to delivery, 8 days have passed. Therefore, only 3 stars.

That you would deliver the goods within 48 hours. But our order only arrived after 7 days. Please fulfill what you promise on your website.

Shipping takes a very long time

The delivery took much longer than indicated. My first inquiry was answered late. However, without indicating an expected delivery. My second inquiry went unanswered until the goods were eventually delivered.

Goods ordered on 03.11 and only received on 11.11. And this despite advertising a 48-hour home delivery. Therefore, shipping took far too long.

Very unprofessional, I still have not received my order that I placed 6 weeks ago (unfortunately I chose prepayment and transferred the money). Very poor customer service, emails are not answered and they are not reachable by phone. After 4 weeks I received an email that the goods were shipped, unfortunately without a tracking number and thus not traceable!!!! I can only advise => STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER

The prices and selection are good. The service is actually good, unless you have a holiday. Then it is underground. The payment options need significant improvement. Not feasible for older people and they are ultimately your business.

The product itself is okay, but the return process is unacceptable. ***€ for returns to Belgium is customer unfriendly. If not free returns, then at least not particularly expensive abroad.

Hi, This is the second time we purchased from Deutschland Inkontinenz, the prices are very good compared to Ireland. The selection of products and option of discreet packaging is fantastic. The company is excellent, the only issue is the packaging is not strong enough to travel across Europe. The tape becomes slightly undone and one of the boxes was cracked open and you could see the personal products inside. The driver would have got a good look inside, luckily this did not cause embarrassment at home as everyone is aware of the products. I wish the packaging was improved for long distance shipping. Thank you

We have paid for home delivery but we did not receive our order at home, we had to pick it up at some service place. SAD!

In my last order, incontinence pants were not shipped in a neutral box!

Shipping is way too slow. Website interface seems untrustworthy

The delivery was fast, but the delivered device did not work. Several calls to customer service until someone was reached. Service staff could not speak German or English. Had to call several times until someone with German skills was reached. Information: Problem will be forwarded. 4 days later notification that a return label will be issued. Until today (another 2 days have passed) no return label received. No response to emails. I am fed up with incontinence from Germany. I cannot recommend it further.

The delivery was quick, but I have not received a response to my request for a return to this day. I actually find it very unfortunate when you leave so much money there.

There was a partial delivery, which was not clearly indicated on the delivery note. It was also not clear when the missing item would be delivered. After inquiries, the item was immediately shipped again without further information on why it was not delivered earlier. At least you can track the status in your account. But also the past and not the timeline of an order (when is what planned).

Hi, I just wanted to let you know that my order no. *** was thrown over a wall at a property 7Km away from us by DPD. The property owner kindly contacted us and my husband collected it. It was correctly addressed with the eircode which can be accessed to identify the exact location, so there is no excuse. I have no issue with your company and otherwise very happy with the purchase. Unfortunately, it was not delivered discreetly but in the original box. Otherwise, everything is okay!

A conspicuous Tena box stood in front of my door for a whole day. I don't find that great, as the whole community saw it. I will never buy anything from this company again and I advise everyone against it. Very poor service. The delivery was fine, but the delivered "odor-absorbing 41-liter diaper bin Janibell Akord" was not suitable for my mother's incontinence products. The whole bathroom smelled extremely bad. I wanted to return the bin and wrote an email. The response from the supervisor only came after a week upon further inquiry. The return was denied and no other solution was offered.
