Very unprofessional, I still have not received my order that I placed 6 weeks ago (unfortunately I chose prepayment and transferred the money). Very poor customer service, emails are not answered and they are not reachable by phone. After 4 weeks I received an email that the goods were shipped, unfortunately without a tracking number and thus not traceable!!!! I can only advise => STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER

Hi, This is the second time we purchased from Deutschland Inkontinenz, the prices are very good compared to Ireland. The selection of products and option of discreet packaging is fantastic. The company is excellent, the only issue is the packaging is not strong enough to travel across Europe. The tape becomes slightly undone and one of the boxes was cracked open and you could see the personal products inside. The driver would have got a good look inside, luckily this did not cause embarrassment at home as everyone is aware of the products. I wish the packaging was improved for long distance shipping.
