I am happy with the order and the product. However, I think the delivery process could be reconsidered. The delivery was for an elderly person who cannot carry parcels due to medical reasons. The parcel was left next to the front door, even though I had left a request with the delivery provider asking for help to carry it into the home. I would have been happy to pay extra for this service, but unfortunately, this was not an option. I was also wondering why next-day delivery was not available for this order, as this is quite common now. I had to wait almost a week for the delivery.
