Zero stars: Ordered 10 days ago and still no delivery, although it has been announced 3 times - completely unacceptable.

The reason why the ordered goods did not arrive at the buyer within about 4-8 days or were not delivered has not been clarified for us to this day. Since I complained multiple times to Germany Incontinence as well as to the delivery service, the shipment was eventually delivered to us, the recipient, in mid-January. The reason for the problem and who was to blame could not be clarified by Germany Incontinence either. Ultimately, even after alleged investigations, the error could not be clarified to us, but the ordered goods were eventually delivered.
