Very fast delivery

Fast delivery, unfortunately in Germany no tracking of the delivery route and thus the arrival.

It was a bit difficult as I received a fake email from dhd beforehand. Then I received another one that the package had left the house. That's when I realized I had fallen for this fake email. Unfortunately, I couldn't speak to anyone by phone, so I found writing emails quite stressful. The order is now here and everything worked out satisfactorily.

Order is processed quickly. Why the shipping service provider takes 14 days from Belgium to Germany is not clear.

The online order went smoothly and without problems. Unfortunately, the first order could not be delivered because I had entered the name instead of the street in the address input. This caused delays in delivery, as the first order was completely canceled by the company and a new order was placed by me. However, customer service was always very helpful. However, I had to wait quite a long time for the refund of my advance payment on the first order (about 14 days), which is certainly also partly due to the Easter holidays.

The goods are very good, unfortunately the delivery by DPD did not work, the goods were not delivered, the parcel deliverer forged my signature and claimed that the package was delivered, which was not the case.

After I inquired, the goods were shipped. 48-hour delivery does not fit. One box was also damaged.

Cost-effective but online shop is slow and has errors with the filters. Delivery to Germany is top-notch. The review portal itself has an error: the product names are missing in the product review sections. Since I do not know which products might be meant, I refrained from rating the products.

We paid the money, but did not receive the delivery!

Two deliveries were made, the second delivery was not communicated.

The delivery was faster than the package tracking was updated online.

Everything always arrives reliably, but it takes a few days longer, probably because it is delivered from Belgium. Otherwise, everything is ok!

The delivery was flawless, I ordered on 1.11.23, the package was delivered on 8.11.23. The tracking did not update, my inquiry via email was answered in no time. The service is good and the price is too. We will definitely order here again and one week can be planned.

Everything was great. But in terms of packaging, a lot could be saved, as the package and the paper inside were far too large for the small bandage material. It could be sent in a more fitting way.

Delivery took 14 days. 2-3 days delivery time was indicated. When inquiring about where the shipment was, you are only reassured with 'shipped'. That was the last time I ordered there.

The delivery arrived in no time, but the processing time for emails should be significantly improved.

I have been waiting for my order for 3 weeks, still have not received it.

Order was not delivered. Seller does not respond to emails.

The delivered 'Rectangular Insert mini' do not have an adhesive strip for securing the insert. The inserts I have previously bought locally from the same brand with the same designation always had an adhesive strip. My complaint was rejected, stating that this is standard for the product. The item description lacks the note that it is not the goods available in Germany.

Everything went well. No problems. I will order here again.

Based on my experiences, it is better not to order here and to orient oneself in the field of competitors. The excuses experienced and the cheap attempts at apology gave me the impression that the dealer lacks the necessary awareness that they sell incontinence aids. I had the impression that the dealer was completely indifferent to what they were dealing with. People who order these goods are necessarily dependent on participating in daily life, which seems to be of no concern to the dealer. 17.04.23 Ordered incontinence aids, no delivery until 20.04. Upon inquiry on 20.04, the tracking ID showed no progress in processing since 18.04, and the dealer directly blamed DHL. Instead of researching why the shipment was not processed, I made a clear indication of irregularities in the tracking, but was only placated. On 21.04 still no goods, again blame on DHL. On 22.04 finally an email with the exact Bpost tracking and the address data provided by the dealer, it became clear that the dealer had made very gross mistakes. Important data of the address were missing, existing other data were swapped! A delivery by DHL was not possible. Correcting the delivery data by myself was not possible according to the telephone information from DHL on 22.04.23, this could/must only be done by the sender. On 22.04 renewed written complaint about the delivery delay, again only excuses, phrases of apology, blame on DHL, the made mistake was not addressed, no insight, although it was clear that gross mistakes were made with the customer address. It was assured in writing that the correct data had now been transmitted to DHL. On Monday 24.04.23 DHL made the next attempt to deliver, a renewed delivery was still not possible, apparently another mistake was made by the dealer in trying to correct the error. 24.04.23 DHL now refuses delivery, reason: shipment does not comply with the terms and conditions. The shipment was sent back to the sender by DHL. 25.04 Cancellation of the order by me, delivery delay, undeliverable. Friday 31.04.23 Goods according to tracking arrived back at the recipient, but with the refund, Germany-incontinence is already in delay! Never again!

Very poor customer service, multiple calls!? No one answers the phone, no response to written emails. In a word, not recommended, prefer direct orders from Germany.

Order and delivery ok. Only the package tracking that starts with the Belgian shipping is not as expected from DHL.

Unfortunately, the giant package is not delivered to the 3rd floor by elevator, even though I always write that again. It is then at the neighbor's on the ground floor and someone has to be found to bring it upstairs. This is very cumbersome every time. But it is probably the delivery person's fault.
